l879 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of l879 and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and l879. By registering or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

Welcome to l879. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") apply to all users of the l879 platform at https://l879.club, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, and any other services offered by l879. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and l879 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). You must read these Terms carefully before creating an account or placing any bet or wager on l879.
By accessing l879, creating a player account, making a deposit or placing any bet, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately stop using the platform. l879 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Players must be 21 years or older. Age verification is required.
Territory
Platform intended for players in Bangladesh. Geographic restrictions may apply.
One Account
Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes resolved per the dispute resolution clause.
1. Eligibility
1.1 Minimum Age
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any services on the l879 platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. l879 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend or close any account where the player is found to be underage. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited.
1.2 Jurisdiction
l879 is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the l879 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. l879 does not represent or warrant that access to the platform is legal in every jurisdiction. Players accessing the platform from restricted territories do so at their own risk and l879 accepts no liability in such cases.
1.3 Prohibited Persons
The following persons are not eligible to register or use l879: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have previously been excluded or banned from the platform; (c) employees of l879, its affiliates, or partner companies, and their immediate family members; (d) persons acting on behalf of any of the above categories. l879 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to void any bets placed by ineligible persons.
l879 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Providing false information about your age during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds. 21+ only.
2. Account Registration
2.1 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold one active l879 account only. Opening more than one account — whether under the same name, mobile number, IP address, device or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any funds or bonuses in the duplicate account may be forfeited. If you have inadvertently opened a duplicate account, you must contact l879 support immediately to have it closed.
2.2 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details. Any false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date at all times.
2.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes (OTPs). l879 will never ask for your password via phone, SMS or chat. You must notify l879 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. l879 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposits
All deposits on l879 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank and other approved Bangladeshi financial institutions. Deposits are credited to your l879 account balance promptly upon successful processing by the payment provider. l879 charges no fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees.
3.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements and satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. l879 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal.
3.3 Anti-Money Laundering
l879 is committed to preventing money laundering and complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All transactions are monitored. l879 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation and to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of AML checks. Any account found to be engaged in money laundering activity will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.
Important Note on Bonus Funds
All bonuses on l879 are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements, time limits and eligible games for each bonus are published in the relevant promotion details. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable বাজি ধরার শর্ত have been met in full. l879 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is any evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation or collusion.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Eligibility for Bonuses
Bonuses and promotions on l879 are available to eligible registered players only. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available to one account per player, per household and per IP address. l879 reserves the right to determine whether a player is eligible for a particular promotion and to withdraw a promotion from any player at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of abuse or exploitation.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover or playthrough requirements). The specific বাজি ধরার শর্ত for each bonus are stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time limit. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the time limit will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited automatically.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
l879 monitors all accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to hedge bonus wagering, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or systematic exploitation of promotion structures. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided, winnings forfeited and may be permanently suspended. l879's decision on bonus abuse matters is final.
5. Responsible Gaming
5.1 Player Protection Tools
l879 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools via their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks and self-exclusion. These tools are available at any time without requiring contact with support. l879 encourages all players to use these tools to maintain control over their gaming activity.
5.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who believe their gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the chosen exclusion period. During self-exclusion, l879 will not send any promotional communications to the excluded player. 6. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the l879 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and permanent banning from the platform.
6.1 Fraud and Cheating
Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical errors or bugs, use automated bots or scripts, collude with other players or employees, or engage in any form of cheating is strictly prohibited. l879 uses advanced fraud detection systems and reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where cheating is detected.
6.2 Money Laundering
Using l879 for the purpose of money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or processing funds of illegitimate origin is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious criminal offence. All suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant authorities. l879 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in relation to any investigation of financial crime.
6.3 Account Sharing
Sharing your l879 account credentials with any third party, allowing any third party to access or use your account, or operating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited. Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable. l879 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from unauthorised account sharing.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Platform Content Ownership
All content on the l879 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of l879 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the l879 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, displayed, published or broadcast without the prior written permission of l879.
7.2 Limited Licence
l879 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: scrape or data-mine the platform; reproduce or distribute platform content; reverse engineer any platform software; or use any automated means to access the platform in a manner that sends more request messages to l879 servers than a human could reasonably produce in the same period.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Platform Availability
l879 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that access will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service interruptions, or events beyond l879's reasonable control. l879 accepts no liability for any losses suffered as a result of platform unavailability or technical errors, including any bets that could not be placed due to technical issues.
8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, l879 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the l879 platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory. l879's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Amendments to Terms
l879 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where reasonably practicable, l879 will provide notice of significant changes via the platform or by email to registered players. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Your continued use of the l879 platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and, if applicable, withdraw any remaining balance from your account before closing it. l879 is not liable for any inconvenience caused by changes to these Terms.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and l879, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally in the first instance by contacting l879 support at [email protected]. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to formal dispute resolution proceedings in accordance with applicable law. l879's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, account status and T&C interpretation are final and binding, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
